This beautiful Montana sapphire is a stunning teal color. The color was developed by heating the gem in Montana, but no other treatments were used. The treatment is permanent and stable and not only develops the color, but also improves the clarity. This sapphire has slight inclusions that are just barely visible to the naked eye. The inclusions have been factored into the price, making this a great value for the size and color.
This sapphire is faceted in our “Sparkling Snowflake” hexagon design and cut to high precision; the result is a glittering beauty of a gemstone. The gem weighs 2.65 carats and measures 8.9 x 8.2 x 5.3 mm.
