Description

This beautiful handmade pendant is created using a selection of the finest unheated fancy sapphires we have saved from the last five years worth of our mine production.  Only a tiny fraction of the production are fancy pinks like these gems, and only a fraction of those are clean enough to be cut as unheated gemstones.  To match stones like we’ve done here is true rarity, and it took us several years to accumulate enough of these rare gems to make a few custom pieces like this one.

The sapphires are mined from the famed alluvial deposits along Rock Creek near Philipsburg, Montana. The gems are 100 percent natural and untreated in any way. All of the sapphires in this pendant were cut here in the United States to “hearts and arrows” precision and selected for high clarity (eye clean or better). They measure 5.0, 4.0 and 3.0 mm and weigh a total of approximately 1.50 carats.

Handcrafted in our Pennsylvania studio, this beautiful pendant is an all-American creation and sure to please. The 1.5 mm cable chain necklace is 18.75 inches long, and the entire necklace is made from solid 14k yellow gold.

This necklace will be delivered in a custom wooden gift box and a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defect.
