These beautiful earrings are made with sapphires from Sri Lanka and Madagascar and have been selected for their intense deep blue color. The sapphires have been heated to improve their clarity and color, but no other treatments have been used. They are diamond cut to high precision for maximum brilliance and all of the sapphires are selected for high clarity (eye clean to loupe clean); these are some of the finest quality blue sapphires you will find anywhere! They are mounted in 14k white gold four-prong stud earrings. The pairs vary in total weight by size: the 3.5 mm sapphires weigh an average 0.40 carats total, the 4.0 mm average 0.56 carats total, the 4.5 mm average 0.80 carats total, the 5.0 mm average 1.00 carats total, and the 5.5 mm average 1.50 carats total.
