I can't recommend Earth's Treasury enough! My fiancé had an amazing experience working with them while choosing my engagement ring. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process, making it stress-free and enjoyable.

When I needed my ring resized, they handled it quickly and efficiently, with exceptional communication and response times. Recently, I reached out again about needing another resize, and they generously offered to send me a few prototypes at no cost! Since my finger size fluctuates and my knuckle is wider than where the ring sits, they suggested trying some prototypes with sizing beads to help find the perfect fit over the fall months.

I'm so happy with how beautiful my custom pendant necklace turned out.  Customer service was top notch. From picking out the stone, ordering and receiving the necklace I was given regular status updates. I never had to reach out for an update. And delivery time was spot on.  The box it arrived in is just as beautiful. I look forward to working with Earth's Treasury in the future for more custom pieces of jewelry. Earth's Treasure was hugely helpful in helping my partner and I pick out a stone for an engagement ring- their collection of montana sapphires is incredible! They responded to email questions within hours and helped us compare stones to find the perfect one. They uploaded videos showing the stones in multiple lights to support us in our final choice. We had a sapphire engagement ring created in Spring '24 and then the proposal happened in Alaska that Summer. She was involved with the ring design and fitting but didn't want to know anything beyond that so Jeff mailed the ring and associated package items in an unmarked box. Every step of the process was so simple and extremely straightforward. Fitting redundancies, quick email turn around, availability for calls to discuss details. Tremendous. I was chatting with a fine-skill carpenter about having a box made but the even the box it came in was so beautiful I couldn't not use it!

I had been dating my now husband for about a month when he first asked if I had my heart set on a diamond because he thought something blue or green would suit me better.  Thinking he was absolutely insane, I told my best friend of 20 years that this man was already talking about left hand jewelry.  She excitedly proclaimed, "oh send him my way! I've always thought you'd have a sapphire or an emerald!" They had not yet met.

Flash forward a few more months, my husband had chosen a gorgeous ring from Earth's Treasury with a stunning blue-green Montana Sapphire that I could have sworn he had designed just for me. When choosing our wedding bands, it was a no-brainer to turn back to Earth's Treasury for both of our bands. We could not be happier with the quality and service we've received when working with them.

When we found out we were expecting our first child, there was very little doubt that we'd once again turn to Earth's Treasury for a piece to celebrate the birth of our first child. Instead of a traditional ruby necklace for our July baby girl, we found a stunning pink-lilac sapphire. As a new mom, I'm so proud to be wearing this gorgeous piece to celebrate my pregnancy and this perfect little life that resulted from it. I look forward to the day when we can pass this new family heirloom down to her.
