We absolutely love working with our clients to bring their visions to life— whether it’s just “your version” of a classic style, or something totally unique. Follow along to see how our custom design process works!

Select Your Stone

Unlike most retailers, we have every gem in-house, which means you can request a video of up to four gems shown side by side in both natural and incandescent light. You can also take advantage of our risk-free review policy to confirm it’s “the one”!


Purchasing a gem from us acts as a deposit to create up a design with up to three rounds of revisions.

Connect with a designer

One of our expert designers will reach out to learn more about your vision. From here, they will bring your design concept to life with a computerized CAD model tailored to the exact specifications of your gem.

Review Your Design

To help you visualize the final piece, we’ll create a detailed 3D rendering of the design and gem you choose. This is your chance to request any final adjustments before we move forward with production!

Bring Your Design to Life

Once you’re happy with the design, our in-house jewelers get to work. Because our designers and jewelers collaborate under one roof, the process is seamless—and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

In 4-6 weeks, we will reach out to arrange shipping. If you need the ring sooner we can expedite the process with a $400 rush fee.
