A beautiful peacock blue heated Montana sapphire in the classic diamond round brilliant design, 1.12 carats.

Description
This heated Montana sapphire is a shade of bright blue with a hint of green, reminiscent of a peacock’s feathers. The color was developed by heating the gem in Montana, but no other treatments were made to the gem. The treatment is permanent and stable and not only develops the color, but also improves the clarity. This sapphire has very small inclusions that are quite difficult to see with the naked eye from a normal viewing distance.
This sapphire was faceted in the United States in our modified version of the classic diamond round brilliant design, optimized for sapphire and cut to “hearts-and-arrows” precision. The gem weighs 1.12 carats and measures 6.4 x 4.0 mm.
