Description
The photos simply can’t do justice to this gorgeous unheated Montana sapphire. The color is a gorgeous sky blue that shifts color depending on the lighting, appearing more robin’s egg blue in daylight. The gem is 100 percent natural and untreated in any way. It has very small inclusions that are quite difficult to see with the unaided eye from a normal viewing distance.
This sapphire was faceted in the United States in our modified version of the classic diamond round brilliant design, optimized for sapphire and cut to “hearts-and-arrows” precision. The gem weighs 1.44 carats and measures 6.4 x 4.5 mm.
