Description
This unheated sapphire is a gorgeously bright, rich purple. The gem is 100 percent natural and untreated in any way. This sapphire was acquired directly from a reputable gem dealer, and based on gemological evidence, it is from Burma. It has slight inclusions that are just barely visible to the unaided eye. The inclusions have been factored into the price, making this a great value for the size and color.
The sapphire was faceted outside the United States in a classic oval design. It weighs 2.02 carats and measures 7.9 x 7.4 x 4.4 mm.
This sapphire also has a Lotus Gemology sapphire report included; the report number is 9784-9737; a photo of the report is attached.
