These beautiful earrings feature matched pairs of heated Montana sapphires. The sapphires are mined from the famed alluvial deposits along Rock Creek near Philipsburg, Montana, where they are then heated to improve their clarity and color. No other treatments have been used. They are diamond cut for maximum brilliance and selected for high clarity. There may be very small inclusions that are quite difficult to see with the unaided eye from a normal viewing distance. These earrings feature 14K white gold and G-H I1 natural diamond accents. The pairs vary in total weight by size: the 4.0 mm sapphire pairs average 0.80 carats total and include 0.13 carats of diamonds on average. The 4.5 mm sapphire pairs average 0.80 carats total and include 0.14 carats of diamonds on average. The 5.0 mm sapphire pairs average 1.00 carats total and include 0.16 carats of diamonds on average.
