These beautiful earrings are made with sapphires from Sri Lanka or Madagascar (the source can vary, they are selected for color match, not origin), and have been selected for their gorgeous rich blue color. The sapphires have been heated to improve their clarity and color, but no other treatments have been used. They are diamond cut for maximum brilliance and selected for high clarity. There may be very small inclusions that are quite difficult to see with the unaided eye from a normal viewing distance. These earrings feature 14K white gold and G+ VS natural diamond accents. The pairs vary in total weight by size: the 4.5 mm sapphire pairs average 0.80 carats total and include 0.14 carats of diamonds on average. The 5.0 mm sapphire pairs average 1.00 carats total and include 0.16 carats of diamonds on average.
